Week of Nov. 30th
*Please remember to check your child's folder daily.
Theme: Mm-multicultural Christmas-this week we will be learning the legend of
the candy cane, the origin of the Christmas tree, the legend of the Poinsetta
and the origin of the stocking.
Religion: We will start learning about Advent this week. We will have an All
School Mass on Wednesday.
Phonics/Reading: Due to our field trip, our cultural arts presentation and
Mass on Wednesday, there will be no reading groups this week.
Writing: December is such a crazy month, instead of having weekly writing
journals, we will have a monthly writing journal.

Math: We will start on our numbers 6-12.
