SPECIAL CLASS MANDATE
SPECIAL NOTICE TO ALL PARENTS: ALL YOUR STUDENTS WERE GIVEN A SPECIAL TIME
TO PICK-UP THEIR CLASSBOOKS FOR ALL MY CLASSESS.HAD THEY GONE AT THEIR
ASSIGNED TIME, A BOOK WOULD HAVE BEEN ISSUED ON THEIR ASSIGNED TIME. BOOKS
WERE AVAILABLE FOR EACH OF MY STUDENTS. THOSE STUDENTS THAT REFUSED TO GO ,
AT THEIR APPOINTED TIME, DO NOT HAVE A BOOK. THEY STILL MUST DO ALL THE
REQUIRED ASSIGNMENTS AND SUBMIT THEM ON THE DUE DATE. NO EXCUSES OR
EXPLAINATIONS WILL BE ACCEPTED. ALL ASSIGNMENT MUST BE MADE UP WITH TIME IN
SOCIAL STUDIES TUTORING ROOM AS SPECIFIED BY CLASS TEACHER AND AN EXTRA
CREDIT ASSIGNMENT MUST BE SUBMITED AT THE SAME TIME. EXTRA CREDIT ASSIGNMENT
TO BE DETERMINED BY CLASS TEACHER.
ALL TADIES,ABSENCES AND GOING TO BATHROOM : TIME MUST BE MADE UP WITH TWO
PAGE CLASS REPORTS. REPORT TOPIC TO BE SELECTED BY CLASS TEACHER.
NON- COMPLIANCE WITH THIS MANDATE WILL RESULT IN THE ISSUANCE OF A FAILING
GRADE. NO EXCEPTIONS, NO EXCUSES, AND NO EXPLAINATIONS WILL BE

PROVISION "ALPHA" :
ASSIGNMENT Schedule: Every Monday; vocabulary Infusion Day + 7 words will be
given and the vocabulary grid must be completed. Completed grid must be
submitted every Friday. Every Wednesday = Every student will write a MIMS
project form. Completed MIMS form is due at end of period. Every Friday =
every student will take a Vocabulary Infusion Test. Test will consist of a
two page RAFT to be selected by class teacher. The RAFT will correctly use
the Vocabulary infusion words for the week.
ALL CLASSESS VOCAB. TEST WILL BE FRIDAY-03/13/09.
Law-C25-25 Facts due 04/02/09, USH Questions p.932 and C29 35 Facts due
04/02/09, 20th Cent. Hist. due 04/02/09. All classes vocab. sheets due
04/03/09 and Vocab.Test 04/03/09-RAFT TEST.
All Classes Vocab. Infusion Sheets due 04/16/09 and the Important Facts
Assignment for all is due 04/16/09. No late papers are accepted. No excuses
and no exceptions unless arrangements were made earlier.
PROVISION "BRAVO" :
Homework Schedule; Every Monday each student will start entering 35
important facts into his or her portfolio note book. These fact will be from
the each current chapter readings. Each chapter will follow , in order, each
week. The 35 Important Facts notes must be completed and entered in the
portfolio notebook by Friday of each week. On Tuesday and Thursday each
student will enter completed Case Problems or Chapter Reviews or
Questionaires. These ,too, must be fully and completely entered by Friday of
ech week unless special provisions were made by classroom teacher. Notebooks
will be checked, without advance notice . They must be complete and
correctly recorded. Failure to carry out these requirements will result in
severe consequences.
PROVISION "DELTA" :
Classroom requirements: Each student is required to take complete and
comprehensive notes of daily class activities on a dated page in their
porfolio notebook. These entries will be checked without advanced notice.
Failure to comply with this provision will result in severe consequences.
PROVISION "ECHO" :
There will be a 5th week assessment test give on class annouced date.It will
be on Thursday of the 5th Week, unless otherwise ordained by the school
Adminstration. Review for 5th week assessment test will take place on the
Tuesday and Thursday of the 4th week. It is the students responsibility to
keep track of these dates.
There will be a 10th week assessment test on the 10th week of school. The
exam will take place on Thursday of the 10th week unless otherwise ordained
by the Adminstration. Review for this exam will take place on Tuesday and
Thursday of the 9th week. It is the responsibility of the student to keep
track of these timelines. Regular test and quiz will be given on Tuesdays
and Thursday.
PROVISION "FOX" :
There will be book report requirement. Book must be selected by 28 October
2008 and the book must be shown to classroom techer by 3 November 2008.
Monday, 3 November 2008, is the final date for book approval by class
teacher. Book Report must be submitted on 11 December 2008. No late dates
will be permitted . No exceptions or excuses will be permitted. Failure to
comply will result in severe consequences.

this quarter without exception. Only the dates will be changed accordingly
to the school calender. Unexcused absences, tardies,and disciline
