WELCOME BACK TO SCHOOL STUDENTS!!!!!!!
School starts September 8, 2009 at 8:02am. Please arrive to school no later
than 7:40am so that you are ready to learn.
I am the counselor for the following divisions 014, 022, 075, 110, 111, 112,
113, 175, 210, 211, 212, 230, 231, 275, 312
Students if you have any questions regarding your schedule, transcript, or

September 8, 2009--School starts.
September 17, 2009--Night School Registration will begin in the next few
weeks. Please see your counselor, during your lunch period or before
school, to sign up for a class after it is announced on the PA. The cost is
$25 per class.
September 24, 2009--Open House for Freshmen and Sophomores. Parents can
pick up early progress reports and talk to teachers. Open house is from 4-
6pm.
September 25, 2009--No school for students, Staff Development Day.
October 5, 2009--College and Career Fair. The College and Career Fair will
be held from 3:30-6:30. Parents are invited to attend the fair and a
financial aid presentation at 5:00pm. All grade levels are highly
encouraged to attend. You can get information, erase 3 detentions, and get
extra credit in some of your classes for attending.
October 12, 2009--No school--Columbus Day.
October 23, 2009--No School for students, Staff Development Day.
October 30, 2009--Students are to come to school in uniform. No costumes or
face painting will be permitted. Remember only white shirts are to be worn
under the green polo shirts.
November 6, 2009--Professional Development--No classes for students.
November 11, 2009--NO SCHOOL. Veterans Day.
November 19, 2009--Report Card Pick-Up from 12-6. All teachers have lunch
from 2:30-3:15 so please meet with teachers before or after time indicated.
November 26-27, 2009--Thanksgiving break. No school.
December 4, 2009--No school for students. Staff Development Day.
December 19-January 3, 2010--Winter Break.
January 4, 2010--School resumes at 8:02am.
January 18, 2009--No school. Martin Luther King Day.
January 29, 2010--Professional Development. No classes for students. End
of the 1st quarter.
February 11, 2010--No school for students Staff Development Day.
February 12, 2010--Professional Development. No classes for students.
February 15, 2010--No school. Presidents' Day.
March 1, 2010--No school.
March 29- April 2, 2010--Spring break!
April 9, 2010--No school for students. Professional Development Day.
April 22--Report Card Pick up from 12-6pm. Teachers will not be available
from 2:30-3:15.
April 28-29, 2010--PSAE Testing for ALL Juniors.
May 31, 2010--No school. Memorial Day.
June 17, 2010--No school for students.
June 18, 2010--Last day of school.
