Tours to choose from:
• Associated Colleges of the Midwest
• Big ten Universities
• Historically black colleges and universities
• Illinois Universities tour
• Ivy league colleges tour
• Other tours to be announced
any cps student grades 9-12 with a 2.25 gpa or higher can apply
there is a $25 fee which pays for travel, lodging, food, etc.
Deadline to apply: January 9, 2009

WHAT DO YOU NEED TO BRING???
o Driver’s license (if any)
o 2008 federal tax returns or 2007 federal tax returns, if 2008 returns
are not complete. If you are married, please bring your spouse’s returns as
well.
o 2008 untaxed income records – Social Security, Temporary Assistance
to Needy Families, welfare or veterans benefits records
o 2008 bank statements
o 2008 business and investment mortgage information, business and farm
records, and stock, bond, and other investment records
o Alien registration card (if you are not a U.S. citizen).
***Parents: You may complete the FAFSA regardless of immigration status***
