Hi!
My name is Halina Kokoszka and I am a biology teacher at Steinmetz High
School, Chicago, Illinois.I was born and raised in Poland. I got my higher
education from Pedagogical Academy in Cracov, Poland. I have specialized in
the field of Biology and hold a M.Sc.in the same field.I had worked as a
biology teacher in Poland for five years.I came to the United States in 1992.
I have been working as a biology and chemistry teacher for Steinmetz Academic
Centre for the last nine years.
I have been married for sixteen years and have two girls who are seven and
twelve-years-old. My family is the most important thing to me,and I enjoy
spending my out of school time with my husband and daughters.
Mission For The Class
My mission for my classes is to introduce you to all of the exciting things
you can learn in biology and chemistry. Equally important to me is to
instill in you a sense of responsibility and love for the learning process.
It is a wonderful feeling to experience when you, on your own, have mastered
and learned a difficult concept.
