Who is my child's music teacher?

Mrs. Sanderson teaches music for all students in grades 1,2, and 3 at both
Ledgewood and Stone Creek schools.  

Mrs. Boelte teaches music for all kindergarten students at both Ledgewood and
Stone Creek.

What will my child be learning in music class?

Students will be learning material that is based on the Illinois State
Learning Standards and the National Learning Standards. Please visit the links
section of this website for further information on these standards.
Additionally, I will periodically post updates as to what specific skills we
are working on in music class.

How often does my child have music?

Each student in grades K-3 receive 60 minutes of music instruction per week.
Each class comes twice a week for 30 minutes.
