Daily Routine, except for test days:

1. Problem of the Day

2. Discuss up to 3 problems from homework assignment

3. Homework Quiz

4. Hands-on activities and practice on the concept for the day - group and individual work

5. Homework assignment - usually from textbook

ISAT testing in early March - consists of multiple choice and extended response questions - Questions are story problems, not computation

 

Ways to study for a math test:

1. Do practice problems - odd numbered problems that are in the text

2. Review the questions on section review pages and Summary and Review pages

3. Review class notes

4. Make sure you can do questions from quizzes from the chapter
