Chuck Wagon Choices Students make their lunch
choices for the day. They put a
green slip in their pocket if
they take a tray. They put a blue
slip if they brought their lunch.
They know that this is the first
thing
they do when they walk in the
door each day. Attendance and
lunch count is done! |

Trail Blazin' Behavior Chart The little cowboy and
cowgirl magnets have the
students' names on them. Our
cowboys and cowgirls do not want
to move down the trail to RED! We
want to stay on green all day. |
Spelling Stampede Our spelling words are
displayed all week on our
Spelling Stampede board. |

Red Hot Chili Papers Our red hot papers are
displayed on this board. It is
just above our writing center. I
usually choose only 3 to 4 papers
to display at a time. It is
really exciting for them when
they get their paper chosen to go
on the board. |
Writing Center Our small writing center
is just perfect for holding
our "Cowpoke Publishing" books.
It also has paper, reference
books, and our containers of pens. |

Most Wanted I welcomed my second
grade class with "Mrs. Bennett's
Most Wanted" outside the
classroom. It is hard to see the
wanted posters in this picture,
but they each have the students
name on them and a cowboy or
cowgirl. |
