Fun Fair Basket!  Third grade is collecting new board games to make baskets which will be given away in the raffle.  Please keep this in mind as you do your holiday shopping and see after-holiday sales.  Board games can be brought in at any time.  Thanks for your support!

 

POP TABS    

Please save and send pop can tabs to school.  The PTO collects them and they are given to Ronald Mc Donald House Charities.  "After the tabs are collected, the local RMHC Chapter brings the collection to local recycling centers, where they are weighted to determine their value (values can vary significantly).  The recycling center then sends the local RMHC Chapter a check for the total value." (Taken from the RMHC Pop Tab Collections website.) This popular fundraiser benefits seriously ill children by helping provide a place for them and their families to stay while they are out of town for medical treatment.  These houses are conveniently located close to hospitals.
