Can my child bring birthday treats for the class?

Yes! Yes! Yes! The class really looks forward to birthday treats
and enjoy singing "Happy Birthday" to the birthday person.
Please send in 25 treats for the class that are individually
wrapped. Your child may not bring treats to any other teacher in
the school during the school day.

Does my child have homework every night?

Yes, your child has a homework page to do each evening except for
Friday. On Friday, your child will share with you their Friday
Folder that has the work in it that has been completed during the
week. Please take a few minutes to look through their work and
to talk with them about it.

Can my child pass out birthday invitations at school?

Yes he/she can only if they have an invitation for ALL of the
girls or All of the boys. By only selecting a few, the other
children feel left out. If your child is only having a few
children at the party, please mail the invitations to their home.

Can I get homework for my child who is absent?

If you call the office before 8:25 on the day you would the
homework for, it will be possible. If you call later in the day,
I will not have adequate time to get the homework ready for your
child. Please remember to call early and I would be happy to
have the work ready for your child.
