Homework

Grade 1 - Books taken home every day from our classroom library are to be 
read and enjoyed.

Grades 2 and 3 - In addition to some homework on the particular skill we're 
studying, students are taking home books to read everyday.

Grades 4 and 5 - Students are supposed to read part of the textbook every day 
and write down what they have learned, or what "mental pictures" they have 
after reading it.
