Homework

Reading is the most important homework that your child has each and every 
evening.  This homework includes books that your first grader reads to you as 
well as, books that you read to them.  Even though your evening may be filled 
with lots of activities please don't omit reading to your child before they 
go to bed.  Put a limit on the time amount so don't say, "Just one more book!"
This way they will get enough rest and you have "your time" too!
