I am so excited to be back teaching 2nd grade here at Waterbury. I taught 5th
grade for 5 years and then moved to 2nd a couple years ago. Last year I
decided to take the year off and travel. I went to Australia and New Zealand
in the fall and then traveled through Europe in the spring. It was a
fabulous year with lots of experiences and learning opportunities. Also, I
got married in July.
I graduated from John Carroll University (University Heights, Ohio) in 1998.
I then received a Master's Degree in Teaching and Leadership from Saint
Xavier University in 2003.
I would like all my students to have a wonderful and successful year in 2nd
grade. I believe that all kids can learn. Together we have so
much to share and offer each other.
