We have 2 important events coming up in October!  Our field trip to Heller Nature Center will be on Friday, October 23rd.  We will be outside in the forest preserve for over an hour, so please be sure to dress your child for the weather.  It will also be important for your child to bring a sack lunch and snack on this day, since we will be missing our normal lunch time in the cafeteria.

 

Also, we have special Halloween activities planned for Friday, October 30th.  Our Halloween sing event is scheduled from 9:15-9:50 in the old gym.  Come with your family to watch your child perform fun Halloween songs they have been practicing in music class!  Later that day, we will have our class party (students and parent volunteers only).  Costumes are welcomed, but please pack it with your child's bag rather than have them wear it to school (students will change right before the party).  Also, please do not include any masks, swords, guns, or face paint with your child's costume.  Thank you!
