I taught first grade at Woodland for three years. I am very excited to be the
First Grade Reading Specialist! I graduated from the University of Iowa
with a Bachelor's degree in Elementary Education. I earned a Master's degree
from Benedictine University in Reading and Literacy. I am married, and I have
an adorable puppy named Brody. I am eager to work with the students and
families in class this year in helping each student achieve his or her
potential. It's going to be a great year!
