I started teaching in 1988 at a small rural school in northeastern Wisconsin.
I taught first grade for three years, then moved to a Catholic school in
Appleton, WI where I taught second grade for 10 years. I moved to Gurnee
after I met my husband. I started teaching second grade at Woodland in the
fall of 2000.
In 2005 I earned my Masters in Education degree from Alverno College. My
emphasis is in Curriculum and Instruction.
We don't have any children of our own, but I do have a spoiled puppy dog
named Molly.
