Just for Kids

  • Talk to your parents about the importance of teamwork. Try some of the teamwork games we played in PE  with your friends at home.
  • Don't forget to do your stretching at home!!!! Toe Touches - Straddle to the middle, left, right - Butterfly - TV Stretch - Can Opener - Across the Chest - Arm Circles - Neck Roll

  • Remember to do your Jackpot fitness exercises too!!! Abdominal Strength, Flexibility, Cardiovascular, Upper Body Strength
