A little about me:

I have been teaching third grade for eight years. You are my ninth class of third graders. Third graders grow so much!

This will be a big year for you!

I have been married to my wonderful husband, Rick, for 9 years and have a son, Ricky, who is three years old.

I also have a dog, King, and two cats, Jackie and Charlie. We have a full house with lots of fun. We love outdoors, watching movies, making projects, and cooking. Ricky likes to help!

I love to read! If you do too then get ready to learn about many new exciting
books this year.
Some of my favorites:

If you don't like to read, I will help you find wonderful books

that will take you to new places so by the end of third grade you will love to read, too!

I just completed my master's degree last August from Walden University in Curriculum, Instruction, and Assessment. I have learned the best teaching strategies for the wide variety of learners that come to my class and I look forward to using them with you!
