PARENTS:
I will list information on this page about what we are currently studying.
SOCIAL STUDIES: Mrs. Samulak's class is back. We are working on Ch. 10. The
students are placed in groups and will teach a page of Ch. 10 to the class.
We will also be working on a presidential simulation and election packets
during this chapter.
LANGUAGE ARTS: We are working on writing our Extended Responses during
explorations. There is a spelling list this week. We are also working in
literature circles with our novels. This should take several weeks as we are
only working on these about 25 min. a day.
Spelling tests go along with our Language Arts stories. The stories are paced
for us as a building. Most of the stories are a week long which means we
pre-test on Monday and test on Friday. If you have any questions, please let
