Masters of Science Degree in Administration, from the University of
Illinois at Chicago. Bachelor of Science Degree, in Physical Education and
Health Education from Northern Michigan University. Over 25 years teaching
in Health and Physical Education. This is my 9th year at Woodland Middle
School. I am married,to Joe, and have two children, and two step children.
Shelby is 16 years old and Dan is 15. Kathy and Joe Jr. are adults.
We have a dog named Kody, who is a poodle, and a bird, Jackie.
Most recently, I was named to Who's Who Among American Teachers for 2006, and
Marquis Who's Who for 2007-2009.
To achieve this award I was elected by previous students in my class who were
selected for a Who's Who student award. Thank you!
