This is "Mr. Nice" the Cheetah
He was so cuddly! During this picture he was licking my hand!
This is one of the classrooms. Each grade level had one room and about 30-40 students a piece. It was set up like this for a presentation, normally the desks were in rows.
This baby elephant was trying to scare us off (the mom was much scarier!)
Lake Nakuru has a yearly migration of over 1 million flamingos.
Giraffes are called "twiga" in Swahili It means "swift one"
This picture definitely shows that.
This giraffe is one I met on my walk to work. It is quite curious about me!
Some of my grade 8 students. They were so much fun to teach (and to learn from).
