Meet Mrs. Santry

Welcome to 8th grade.  I am very excited to meet you and look forward to 
working with you this school year.  This is my sixth year at Woodland Middle
School.  

I live in Arlington Heights with my husband and three children.  My children
are 18,16 and 11. I am a soccer mom and a band mom -- all three of my 
children play soccer and are percussionists in their school bands. 
We are very active in our community. 

My favorite thing to do when I have free time is READ.  I am currently reading
three books.  "Farenheit 451" by Ray Bradbury, "The Glass Castle" and "Please 
Stop Laughing at Me" I also enjoy traveling. This summer we plan on spending 
a lot of time in Northern Wisconsin, Northern Illinois (hiking around the 
Rock River and Starved Rock.

We have also been to a couple of Drum Corp International Competitions to see 
Drum and Bugle Corps compete.
