Tasty Tuesday

Recipe for: Apple Smiles


Directions:
Cut a red apple into slices.
Spread peanut butter on one side
of each apple slice. Place 4
tiny marshmallows on top of the
peanut butter on one apple
slice. Top with another apple
slice, peanut butter side down.
Squeeze gently. Enjoy!

Recipe For: Frog Floats

Directions:
Put a scoop of lime sherbet in a
clear plastic cup. Pour 7-Up
over the sherbet to cover. Place
2 white marshmallows on top for
eyes. Mini chocolate chips can
be added to the marshmallows to
make black eyes. Add a piece of
red string licorice for a
tongue. Drink with a straw.
Ribbit, Ribbit!

Recipe For: Cool Spiders

Directions:
Put a chocolate cupcake upside
down on a plate. Cover the
cupcake with Cool Whip. Put two
Reese's Pieces on the cupcake for
eyes. Cover the cupcake with
chocolate sprinkles and add 8
pieces of licorice for legs.

Recipe For: Boo Stew

Directions:

Take a ziplock baggie and fill it
with two scoops of the following:

*Fried bat wings (Frosted Flakes)
*Cat eyes (M&Ms)
*Tiger teeth (Candy Corn)
*Polar bear toes (Small
marshmallows)
*Spider eggs (peanuts)

Zip the bag. Shake up your Boo
Stew. Enjoy!

Recipe For: Crunchy Cornucopias

Directions:

Spread peanut butter on a Ritz
Cracker. Lay a Bugle Corn Snack
on top of the peanut butter.
Arrange several fruit shaped Trix
cereal pieces on top of the peanut
butter to look like it is spilling
out of the cornucopia. Yummy!

Recipe for: Helpful Squanto's Snack

Directions:

Crush 4 Oreo cookies. Pour the
cookies into a clear cup. "Plant"
3 candy corns and 3 candy fish in
the "dirt." Eat with a spoon.

Recipe for: Cat in the Hat

Directions:
Spread frosting on 1/4 of a graham
cracker. Add strips of red
licorice for stripes. Put a stick
pretzel on bottom for rim. Spread
frosting on Nilla wafer. Put mini
M&M eyes, nose, and Twizzler mouth
on wafer. Break pretzels for
whiskers. (We didn't have
pretzels so we used Twizzlers).

Recipe for: Penguin Treat

Directions:
Twist Oreo cookie apart. Place
1/2 of cookie on top of creamy
center for the head. Attach 2
candy corns with icing for the
feet. Add one candy corn as a
beak and two M&M's for eyes.
Break 1/2 an Oreo into two pieces
for wings. Waddle over and eat!
