You have done it! You learned about, listened to and composed music for
Mozart. You learned that Mozart encountered many joys and sadness in his
life. He worked hard at playing the piano, composing music and making a
name for himself in Europe. You should have developed a new respect for the
hard work that Mozart did. You should also realize how each piece of music
is special and has it s own special meaning.
By completing this mission, you gained a different attitude towards
classical music and music composition (hopefully a good one!). Music is
much more than entertainment. Music can inspire, educate and emotionally
transform you. Bravo Maestro!
Let others know about your experience and the fun that you had in completing
your mission. Let them listen to your composition and encourage them to try
it. Tell them to stop by the library and try this WebQuest or one of our
many others!
If you would like to expand your knowledge on Classical music, try
researching and listening to any of the following:
1) Ludwig Van Beethoven
2) Chicago Symphony Orchestra
3) Joseph Haydn
