*Grant Recipient - I am a two time winner of the BP A+ for Energy grant, each
year awarded a $10,000 grant to be used at our school. One grant went
towards building and maintaining our school garden. The second went towards
studying energy conservation.
*Bella Webb Award for Environmental Education Finalist
*Participated in the NAIS Challenge 20/20 Program - Teamed up with two
schools, one in California and one in Ecuador to examine global warming.
*Magic Science - Weekly hands-on science experiments within the classroom,
causing excitement in the hearts of all of my students.
