Usernames are your first initial, middle initial, and your last name all lower case, all one word.

If your username does not work, try putting a 1 at the end of it.  If you have two middle names, I only used the first middle name's initial as part of your user name.

Passcodes are the 6-digit birthdays.  For example:  Jan 1, 1999 would be 010199.
