| What a great start to the year! We have been learning many interesting
things, and this continues as we look at volcanoes. The different types of
volcanoes and the way they erupt is what we have been studying. We will
wrap this up soon and start looking at minerals and then rocks. Also coming
up is the Science Fair!
Science Fair is usually towards the middle to end of February, and the
sooner that you start the easier it goes. You will soon receive
instructions and rubrics for the Science Fair. Topics will likely be due in
a few weeks and the research papers will be due before Christmas break, that
way you can spend the time after break working on the projects. I can't
wait to see what projects people do!
