I have enjoyed teaching Kindergarten in South Bend for 10 years. Prior
to that, I also taught Kindergarten at PHM schools and 4th Grade in
Valparaiso, IN for 4 years before my children were born. I enjoyed
teaching pre-K fives at Shamrock pre-school for 7 years while raising
my own children. While at St. Joseph's, I have been trained in the
following workshops: 6+1 Writing Traits, 4 blocks,
Writer's Workshop, Jr. Great Books, The Gesell Test, Everyday Math (on
going workshops) Math Pentathlon, and I-movie.
