How often do classes come to the library?
All classes are scheduled in the library once a week. Teachers are
welcome to schedule extra time as needed.

How long are students allowed to keep their books?
All K-4 books are checked out for 1 week. Any student who wants to keep
their book longer is allowed to renew it. With our new automated circulation
system, grades 5-8 now can check books out for 2 weeks.

Why is there so much information about the St. Joe County Library?
I formerly worked as an Emergency Substitute in the Public Library and like to
keep you informed about all the terrific programs available @ Your Library.

My kids have talked about Indiana's INSPIRE Database. What is it?
A grant from the state is currently allowing all residents of the state of
Indiana access to a database of thousands of magazines, journals and
other research material for your personal, professional and educational
use. You can access INSPIRE through the SJCPL Database page or go
