Other Resources

Try some of the reference books available in the St. Joseph County 
Public Library:
1)  Authors & artists for young adults / Agnes Garrett, Helga P.McCue, 	
editors. j 928 Au81 vol.1-42, most volumes available in the Children's 
Room and most of the Branch Libraries.
2)  You will be able to find many authors in standard encyclopedias.
Check Biographical dictionaries in the Reference section also.
3) Use the INSPIRE database Middle Search Plus to look up your author 
(If you do not know what that is - ask me!! or a public library librarian.)
