Update Photos/Docs Page Instructions



  1. To add a photo or document to the list on a Photos/Docs page, write a Name/Description in the left-hand column and select a File Name from the "drop down" box on the right. This box lists all files which you have already uploaded to your TeacherWeb® site (see step 2 about uploading files).
  2. In order to display photos and documents on your pages, they must first be uploaded to your web. To upload a file, go to your Update Index page and click on the Add Photos/Docs button and then follow instructions. *Note that for security reasons, only webs which have been paid for, or which are using a valid account code, are able to use the Upload function.
  3. To remove an entry from showing on the Photos/Docs page, simply blank out the Name/Description for that entry.
  4. Enter your password, and click the Submit button.
  5. When viewing the Photos/Docs page, you may have to click on your browser's Reload/Refresh button to see changes you've just done - this includes the Photos/Docs page, the Update Photos/Docs page and the photos themselves.
