***** Study those addition and subtraction math facts. Your child needs to have these memorize to
help them with multiplication in 3rd Grade.
Homework: 30 Minutes a night - Please try to spend 10 minutes a night on
each activity. We are a partnership in your child’s education, working
together to help your child succeed in school.
Spelling: words will come home on Monday. Please practice for the test on
Friday.
Reading: The students will bring home their Literature Book on Mondays Read the story of the week
and return the book on Tuesdays. Students need to read their library books or phonics readers every
night.
Math: Study math facts. Your child should know addition and subtraction
facts to 20 by the end of the year. We will start with addition.
