SWAMP is an optional program. We are a state licensed facility but
regulated by District policies. The child and parent must follow all the
same rules, policies and regulations that are required during school. SWAMP
may supply additional rules pertaining to the specifics in the program.
Enrollment is based on availibility within each age group and can not exceed
our State guidelines.
Parents/guardians are responsible for payment of fees by Tuesday of each
week. A $5.00 late fee will be assessed per week if not paid on time and
may result in immediate termination of the program.
Children must be picked up by 6 p.m.. A $1.00 late fee will be assessed for
each minute after 6:00 that a parent is late - please note payment is
expected at that time. Parents must provide a 2 week written notice to Pam
before removing their child from the program. If a parent does not provide
this notice, they will be charged their 2 week rate whether they attend or
not. Parents ARE released from payment during one or the following weeks:
October Break, 2 weeks of Christmas break and the week of Spring Break. The
program is staffed based on the number of children expected to attend, so
fees are due even if the child is sick or a decision is made for the child to
go home via car/bus.
PAYMENT POLICY:
1st day following due date: Reminder message on ProCare Attendance tracker
1 week past: Printed reminder/statement w/deadline for payment
2 weeks past due: Student unable to attend Swamp until balance is
paid in full.
2010/2011 Fees
ADMINISTRATIVE FEE: $25 per child payable when the child starts the
program.
No new fee will be assessed if your child remains current, either
participating each school year or over the summer.
After-school care during the school year:
Full-time (2:25-6:00):
$60 per week for the 1st child/ $40 for each additional child
Part-time (2:25-6:00):
$25 per day for the 1st child/ $22 for each additional child
Rates during school year when school is not in session:
Full-time: (7 a.m.-6 p.m.):
$100 per week for the 1st child/ $85 for each additional child
Part-time: (7 a.m.-6 p.m.)
$40 per day for the 1st child/ $35 for each additional child
