-The Band will only perform on the Friday night performance on November 21st.
-The Band Members need to be at the Oldham County Arts Center in Crestwood by 6:00pm on Friday.
-Band Members who wish to stay after school and ride a bus to the Arts Center need to get a
permission slip off the wall by the back door to the band room and return it signed by their
parents. The bus WILL NOT return to North. Students must arrange their own transportation home.
-Band members MUST wear black pants, a tuxedo shirt, black bow tie, black cumber bun, black sox,
and black dress shoes. No exceptions.
-Tickets for the event are $10 for adults and $5 for children and students.
-The Band will perform all of its songs at the beginning of the show.
-There will be an "after party" for those students who wish to stay until the end of the show
for the curtain call in the gym of the arts center. Pizza will be served at no charge for those
who have indicated that they will attend the party by 9:30am Thursday Nov. 20th. Parent
Chaperones are needed. Chaperones receive free admission to the concert.
-The Percussion Ensemble is performing a piece from STOMP and we need clean metal gabage cans
and either flannel shirts or coveralls. If you can assist with these, email Mr. Ray.
-To get to the Arts Center in Crestwood, take 329 (Covered Bridge Rd.) toward Crestwood and stay
on the main road past the South Oldham Campus until it ends. Turn right on 146. The Arts
Center is just ahead on your left.
-The performance should end around 9:30pm.
