TODAY IN THE PTA

It is National Teacher Appreciation Week!!
7-11
Please show your Teacher how much you appreciate them by sending in a little something each day!!

May 7th - Teachers get  tired and can't take a nap, so perk them up with a healthy snack.
May 8th - Teachers get thirsty too, bring them a favorite drink or two.
May 9th - Show your teacher how special they are, make them an "I appreciate you" card.
May 10th-Show your teacher how much you blossomed, so bring them a special flower.

May 11th - Show your teacher how sweet they are , bring them their favorite candy bar.
Field Day has been cancelled this year!

Congratulations!!!

Christina Holm will be Next years PTA President!

Shanon McGovern will Continue to be the 1st Vice President!

Mrs. Kathy will be the Treasurer!

Officers are still needed for the 2012-2013 school year please contact Mrs. Mae or Mrs. Kathy in the front office for details.

If you haven't Joined the PTA there is still time!!
 We have a excellent reward program for membership this year.So please be sure to join the PTA!!
       First 200 Families to join will receive a 2011-2012 Calendar.
       First 35 Corporate to join will receive an Abney Window Cling.


 PTA is Striving to reach 100% membership for the entire school. So this year we have decided to reward the students of members also!
      PTA will host a 1st , 2nd, and 3rd nine week (member only) popsicle or popcorn party. All students of PTA members may attend!
      The student to recruit the most members will recieve a $100 visa gift card.(corporate members, family members, grand parents, and community members.)
      The Top three classes with the most members at the end of the year, will enjoy an X-box party including pizza and Drinks!!
 

      
*PTA IS STILL SELLING THE NEW SPIRIT T-SHIRT FOR $10.(SHIRTS CAN BE WORN EVERYDAY!)


* PENCILS AND SMENCILS SOLD EVERY TUESDAY MORNING BEFORE SCHOOL!!

*PTA WILL BE SELLING THE NEW AND EXCITING FISH SLIP POUCH WITH A CLIP FOR $3.00EACH POUCH WILL COME WITH IT'S VERY FIRST FISH SLIP( NO MORE LOSING THOSE PRICELESS FISH SLIPS, THAT OUR STUDENTS WORK SO HARD TO EARN!!!)
