When I assign homework it will be for a reason. I don't believe in assigning
homework just because it's what's expected. I want what my students do at
home to reinforce the skills we are working on in class and to be authentic,
meaningful experiences.
I do not assign homework every night, but if you would like me to give your
child supplemental activities to work on at home just let me know and I would
be happy to do that for you.
Students are to be responsible for writing down if they have any homework in
their Homework Notebook. I will stamp their notebook once they have written
down everything they need to do. They also have a Homework Folder that should
go home every night they have something they need to do. If you have any
