I have been involved in the sport of jump rope for over 10 years. I also
coach the Slidell Skippers jump rope team. I attend workshops,
camps, and competitions to learn more about the sport. I am also a certified
judge. I have judged jump rope competitions at the regional and national
levels.
To promote good health through exercise.
