I have taught kindergarten for over 11 years. I also taught preschool in
the private sector for approximately 10 years, PEI for 7 years, a half year
of 5th grade, and a half year in 2nd grade. I have a Bachelor's and a
Master's Degree in Elementary Education from SLU. I have been married to my
husband, Ken, an architect, for 39 years; we have 3 children, and 4
grandchildren. Our family has a love for family time, soccer and Disney
World. My outside hobbies include reading, swimming, Chistmas Bucilla
stocking kits, and attending family members' soccer games. Our daughter
graduated college in Kinesiology and works as a 911 dispatcher for the fire
departmentin Covington. We have a son who works with computers in the Air
Force stationed in Florida. Our oldest, a son, works on computers in
