I love teaching! This is my fourth year teaching first grade at Bonne Ecole
and I have also taught second and third grades. I am currently working on my
master's degree in educational leadership, so I stay busy like my first
graders! First grade is my favorite grade because of the students'
enthusiasm for learning and the tremendous growth that the students show over
the course of the school year. This is a "big" year in terms of the amount
and difficulty level of academics, but it is incredibly rewarding to see the
children be able to reach these benchmarks!
I am married and have two children - my son Noah is in T-1
here at Bonne Ecole and my daughter Camryn is a three-year-old princess!
When I'm not teaching, I love to be outside, play with
my kids, exercise, take pictures, paint, read, and go out to eat at
restaurants.

I'm looking forward to a great year in 1st grade!
I want all of my students to feel special, loved, and important. I want
them to learn as much as possible this year in an exciting educational
environment.
