My child is not an artist, how do you grade?

I grade each student against themself.  If they are showing 
effort and
improvement and participating in class then he or she will have a
good
grade. However if he or she not putting forth effort nor
participating in
class, then the grade will be low.

Do you give tests in art?

Yes, The students will be tested on vocabulary, techniques, art 
history and
other various items.

If my child is absent will he or she be able to catch up ?

Yes, however class participation is the main way grades are 
achieved. Only
excused absences will be allowed to make up work.

If my child is not taking art may they still participate in Art Club?

Yes, everyone is welcomed!

How do I look up my child's grade?

Type in your child's last name first, coma, space, first name. 
Then under ID#
type in their ID#.
