Dear Students and Parents,

 

I have been home since Tuesday with the flu (regular not swine).  I will return to school on Monday, October 5.  If you start to show any signs of the flu, please stay home until you are fever free for 24 hours.  I had the flu last year, but this year's version is a lot worse.  I assure you that I will work with you to the best of my ability to get you caught up should you end up missing several days of school, and I am sure that your other teachers feel the same way.

 

On a separate note, some friends of mine own the new urgent care center, Velocity Care, at Youree Dr. and E. 70th.  Check them out if you need a doctor on short notice.  They are very efficient and have always had me in and out in under an hour and they accept most insurances.

 

Can't wait to see all of you on Monday!
