I was born and raised right here in Shreveport, Louisiana. I graduated from
Huntington High School, and I am a graduate of LSU-Shreveport. I am highly
qualified and certified in Secondary Education-Social Studies. I am married
and have two children. One attends South Highlands, and the other attends
Caddo Middle Magnet. In my spare time, I am busy being a football mom,
reading, and spending time with my family. I am excited about teaching here
at Captain Shreve!! It's going to be a great year in the "SWAMP"!
My mission is for my students to gain a wealth of knowledge about events that
that have shaped our world and to gain life skills that will prepare them for
higher education.
