I am a product of the Caddo Parish public school system. I am a graduate of
Southern University A & M College at Baton Rouge, La. (from which I received
my BS in Secondary Education (Mathematics). I received my MS from Louisiana
State University at Shreveport in Secondary Education (Mathematics). I have
been employed in the Caddo Parish School System since January 1989. I have
taught grades 8th through 12th. I have taught the following subjects: Pre
Algebra, Algebra I, Algebra II, Financial Math, Geometry, and Physical
Science
The mission of this class is to promote confidence in student's abilites to
do math so that they will be successful in higher level mathematics. An
additonal missison of this class is to help students develope an
appreciation for the useful of math outside the classroom.
