This is my third year at Chahta-Ima. This is my eleventh year of teaching.
I taught 6th grade years ago at Bayou Lacombe Middle. I have taught 3rd
grade for the other 9 years. I am a widow and a single mom of a four year
old. My daughter Lake and I are HUGE LSU fans. I love to fish, attend LSU
football games, scuba dive, and spend time with my daughter when I am not
teaching.
I want to instill a joy for learning. I want to create well-rounded life
long learners.
