How can I help my child build confidence and self-esteem even when the grades are not As?

Begin with recognition of what they have done to the best of their
ability by referring to particular details about their work not
them in general. Then ask your child how they think they could
have improved something in particular if they are not satisfied
with the results. Assure your child that you are there to help
develop a plan of study as part of their team, but you cannot
do the work.Remind your child that self-esteem is the good
feeling that come with working hard to achieve each successful
job, big or small, each day.
