Ricochet Surfdog:

Your child may have come home this week talking about Ricochet the Service Dog turned SURFice dog video that we discussed in class.  It was tied into a discussion of virtues.  
I am so very proud to have taught your child.  I haven't had two classes as wonderfully kind-hearted, compassionate, devoted, and loving as I have been blessed with this year.  It was impossible not to get emotional sharing this video and my thoughts with them on the virtuous, successful future I see within each of their hearts and eyes.  This song has truer meaning because of students like I have had this year.
Count your blessings each day as you have an amazing one that I so appreciatively have spent the past (almost) 180 school days getting to know, value, love, and support.

Graded Papers
* sent home about every 2 weeks
* Please sign or initial the bundle and return it the next school day with your child.  They will receive a homework participation grade at the end of the nine weeks for all of their graded papers.  
* The bundle will be returned to you for you to keep once I have recorded your signature as a homework grade.
* Grading is as follows:
