My name is Carolyn George. I have been teaching for 34 years in special
education and early childhood education. My last 23 years of teaching have
been in St.Tammany Parish. I have 2 children, Matthew and Jeffrey, 2 step
children, Tia and Chris, and 4 grandchildren, Nathan, Anna, Maggie, and
Hannah. Jeffrey is a senior in high school, so I know that this will be a
very busy year for us!
I recently became engaged to a wonderful man!
I have two pets at home. Katie is a yellow lab and Simon is a big, fat,
furry cat!
The para-professional in our class is Jamie Fritscher. She is married and
has two children in middle school, Matthew and Noah. Jamie has been working
in pre-k for 5 years. She is a wonderful person who loves children and I
don't know what I would do without her!
We will all learn and grow together.
