Class Luncheon: Please remember our class luncheon is this Wednesday at 11:30-
11:55. Parents may eat lunch with your student. Please remember that you may
bring your lunch if you like, but do not bring restaurant food to the
cafeteria. Lunch is $3.75. Please bring cash.
This Week:
Math: Chapter 7, TellingTime Test Tuesday, Nov. 3. We begin multiplication
Wednesday. You will have your first timed multiplication quiz next Friday! If
you have not begun to drill multiplication facts, start now!!
Reading: This week we will read a Reader’s Theater, “The Case of the Three
Bears’ Breakfast.” Study your Robust Vocabulary and practice your part in the
Reader’s Theater. Comprehension and vocabulary test will be Friday. We will
review skills: fact and opinion, synonyms and antonyms, main idea and
details, and reference sources. You will have a skill test on Thursday.
English/Writing: We will continue Unit 4, Verbs. We will have a quiz over
present, past, and future time verbs Friday.
Spelling/Phonics: Review: Test Friday
