Please label child’s name on items 1-11 only!
1. 3 Five subject spiral notebooks
2. 2 black and white composition notebooks
3. 4 PLASTIC folders in red, blue, yellow, and green
4. 2 packs colored pencils
5. 3 boxes of 24 count crayons (Please do not get larger boxes.)
6. 2 boxes of markers (classic point not fine tip, classic color, not
pastel)
7. 1 pair scissors
8. 1 bottle white Elmer’s school glue
9. 4 glue sticks
10. 1 small pencil sharpener with cover (for colored pencils)
11. 1 set of watercolor paints
Please do not label the following items.
12. 4 packs Number 2 pencils. (12 to a pack)
13. 1 pack Red Pens
14. 2 large packs cap erasers
15. 2 LARGE boxes of facial tissues
16. 1 box quart size Ziplock bags (girls only)
17. 1 roll paper towels (boys only)
18. 1 package of multi-colored construction paper.
19. 1 package of index cards
20. 1 pack wide-ruled loose leaf paper
21. 1 bag wrapped candy (NO GUM!!!)

***Extra school supplies will be stored in the classroom until needed.
