This is my sixth year to teach at Eden Gardens, and my sixteenth year to
teach fourth grade in Caddo Parish. I received my degree from Louisiana State
University in Shreveport. I think learning new ways to teach is exciting.
To make a difference in a child's life, there is truly no greater reward!
I have been married for fifteen years to my husband, Danny. I have a
daughter in seventh grade at CMM and a son in fifth grade at Eden Gardens.
I believe that every child has the right to learn, and it is my job to find
the best way to make it happen. I feel that laughter can make a day. I am not
afraid to be goofy to get my lesson taught or my point across. I want to
create a classroom community where every child loves to come to my classroom
everyday and know that I truly care.
